Processing Times
The majority of our items at beef paste designs are printed to order (cards, prints, mugs etc) so our processing
times can vary between 1-5 days.
Custom Orders will take a little longer but we will always
aim to dispatch quickly.
During holiday seasons (easter, Christmas etc) - we will always put an announcement up as to what hrs we are open.
Do follow us on Instagram where you can check our story posts for any updates that may be posted regarding dispatch.
Delivery Times
You will have the option of first or second class royal mail delivery.
First class usually takes 1-2 days
Second class usually takes 3-5 days
All Orders over 250g & Small parcels are now sent TRACKED
Please note: once your order has left us it's out of our control on how long it takes to get to you.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 14 day (2 week) return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
You will only be eligible for a return if the item(s)/order is in it's original condition as you received it, in it's original packaging and it has been unused.
You'll also need your proof of purchase.
You will need to properly package the order for return, if the item/order is damaged on our arrival due to improper packaging a full refund may not be guaranteed.
To request a return you will need to email us at: beefpastedesigns@gmail.com with photos & info of your issue
(any damages etc).
If your return is accepted we will then send you the information
of where to return it.
Orders that can't be returned: Personalised and custom orders cannot be returned unless your item (mug) is damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Wrong items: If you feel your item(s) are damaged or you've received something wrong please contact us immediately on arrival of your order so that we can investigate and
correct this issue.
Sale Items: Unfortunately sale orders/items cannot be returned.
Refund: Once we've received the item(s)/order and inspected it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Once this action has been made it's out of our hands on how long it can take for your bank or paypal to refund you (usually 3-5 days).
Please Note: You will have to pay the postage on returns and will only be refunded the cost on damaged products NOT products you don't want anymore or didn't mean to order.
